After years of development and testing at the highest level, this master cylinder is aimed to provide the ultimate performance under the most extreme conditions.
Fully CNC machined in HEL’s own UK Factory from 6082-T2 Billet aluminum, these master cylinders are then individually finished and hand assembled to ensure the highest quality as expected with any HEL Performance item.
The master cylinder is 19mm bore, which is ideal for any twin disc motorcycle, and is fully adjustable in terms of ratio which allows the rider to choose their most preferred lever feel and ratio.
Each master cylinder is individually finished and assembled by hand and comes with our latest design of lever which allows three ratios from one lever.
The lever features a pill shaped hole into which one of two plugs are inserted, One has an offset hole – with the hole nearest the master cylinder you get a -1 ratio. If you rotate the plug 180 degrees it offers you a +1 ratio and if you use the plug with a central hole you obtain a 1:1 ratio. This means that with this 19mm master cylinder you can obtain a 19×18, 19×19 and 19×20 from one lever and two inserts (supplied).
